This two-year traineeship has the following key learning objectives and responsibilities:

• Become an immediate team member for the marketing and sales team. 
• Learn from our best account managers who love to keep our clients happy. 
• Learn everything there is to know about digital marketing and Hubspot (our central marketing and sales platform). 
• Create, join or get assigned projects and clients to start your learning on the job. 
• Get to know our products and solutions from all angles by becoming a temporary team member at the design, quality and project management departments. 
• Go on all the company events, trips and energizing programs you want to. 

Over the years, we compiled a set of skills that are good to have to fulfil this role. However, don't shy away to apply if you miss some of them - we love initiative!

You are/have:

• An inspiring individual who has affinity with commerce and marketing. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Comfortable to commit to targets, goals and you always try to exceed expectations. 
• Want to learn more about new business, inbound marketing and lead generation. 
• Up-to-date digital skills and quick, curious learner (knowledge of Hubspot, marketing and sales platform, is a plus).
• Willingness to travel later in your career
• Open to exploring different roles, your talents and are willing to grow by learning.
• A relevant HBO (Bachelor) degree or other relevant studies. 
• Able to thrive in an international environment. 
•  An excellent English (C2) level and proficiency in another foreign language (German/Spanish/French) is a plus!
